2021 Lycetts Team Champion Award
This award was created in 2018 to celebrate the racehorse training yards with a strong team ethos. It aims to deliver praise and a sense of achievement for the best-managed yards and showcase the positive results of using The Winning Approach, a new industry standard for managing staff.

Inclusive Recruitment And Effective Induction
Park House Stables were selected as the winner for their efforts in recruiting a diverse team from different cultures, backgrounds and ages. With an age range of 17-82, their new recruits have included a showjumper from South Africa and a refugee from Sudan. Most tellingly of all their submission was the first ever to mention a thriving LGBTQ community.
